Bell Orchestre, featuring Arcade Fire's Richard Parry and Sarah Neufeld, have announced the completion of their as-of-yet untitled new album, a follow-up to 2005's Recording A Tape The Colour Of The Light. The new LP, produced by John McEntire (Bright Eyes, Fiery Furnaces), should be out sometime this winter. Fans from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia will be getting a visit from the Orchestre soon too as they head out on tour.
More info to come later, but in the meantime check out these songs (some rare, one not):

[MP3] Bell Orchestre - Piazzolla (rare)
[MP3] Bell Orchestre - Tower (rare)
